  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, ideally with a minimum of 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to create and approve content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights from analytics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Vision: Lead the development of innovative creative strategies that align with client business goals, driving engagement, brand awareness, and measurable results. Translate client objectives into visionary creative concepts across all platforms.
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Oversee the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching brand strategy. Craft unique, forward-thinking approaches to digital storytelling and brand positioning.
  • Cross-Platform Creative Direction: Guide and manage the creative process across all digital channels, including social media (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), content marketing, and email. Ensure creative consistency and impact across platforms, with a focus on maximizing engagement.
  • Content Ideation & Development: Provide leadership and creative direction for content production, including visual assets, video, copy, and interactive experiences. Ensure all content reflects brand voice and strategic intent, fostering creative collaboration across teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Creative Adaptation: Analyze campaign performance data to inform creative decision-making. Continuously refine creative concepts based on real-time results, ensuring campaigns stay dynamic, responsive, and effective.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead, inspire, and mentor creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Partner closely with strategy, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative and marketing strategies.
  • Creative Budget Oversight: Manage the creative aspects of marketing budgets, ensuring that creative production and media spending deliver optimal ROI. Balance cost-efficiency with high-quality output.
  • Trendsetting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts. Use this knowledge to drive fresh, innovative creative ideas that keep brands on the cutting edge of digital marketing.
